By accessing or using the GPTFinancial API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by QENEX LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16185315).

2. Service Description

GPTFinancial provides financial data analysis via API, including stock quotes, technical indicators, and AI-powered market analysis. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key
You must not share your API key with unauthorized parties
One account per person or entity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
Resell or redistribute API data without authorization
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the Service to build a competing product
Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure

5. Pricing and Payment

Free tier: 100 API calls/month, no payment required
Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe
Prices are in GBP and exclude applicable taxes
No refunds for partial months
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Rate Limits

Each plan has specific rate limits. Exceeding limits will result in HTTP 429 errors. Persistent abuse may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, design, and documentation, is owned by QENEX LTD. You retain ownership of any applications you build using our API.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QENEX LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
